Participants will explore our cultivation of eggplant\, winter squash\, and watermelon using methods such as paper mulch\, biochar\, straw mulching\, and intercropping with beneficial plants. The tour will highlight irrigation systems\, soil moisture monitoring tools\, and water conservation strategies in action. Stay for networking and a free lunch after the tour
